When we sing, our blended sound takes on a life of its own, leading us to new and exciting places. We truly believe in the power of song to bless, heal and inspire.

Our passion for introducing the live, natural human voice, in our case two voices as one, manifests itself in the music we make - the ultimate in ensemble.


We have appeared in recital at The Music Hall, Concerts on the Hill, Mill Pond Center for the Arts, Ogunquit Chamber Festival. We are dedicated to performing duets from a wide range of vocal literature - classical and modern opera to oratorio, contemporary and Romantic art songs to operetta, musical theatre and folk song.

Angelynne Hinson, soprano

Angelynne is a multi-faceted soprano. Her artistic flair is audible and visible - she loves to perform! She is tenacious about researching repertoire. Inspired by the hunt for new and unusual material, she discovers lesser-known gems that reflect a wide range of performance styles. She does have a soft spot for musical theatre. Her thirst for knowledge and incredible business savvy has also earned her a law degree

Her crystal-clear high notes float effortlessly on air. She is so easy to sing with - I don’t even have to think about it. We just open our hearts and mouths and a new sound is born. What joy!

Mindy



Melinda McMahon, mezzo-soprano

Mindy is a musician’s musician. She can sight read anything. Her love for art song and opera is passionate. Her Midwest practicality keeps Sirens’ Song firmly grounded. Also a harpist and Renaissance musician, Mindy has an incredible sense of phrasing and vocal line. Her sound has been described as luscious and like being wrapped in dark red velvet.

Her voice is the perfect fit to mine. Her sound picks up where mine leaves off and vice versa. We are so lucky to have found each other. Our partnership is truly special. We are nourished musically and connected spiritually when we sing together.
